The Carolina Ford Dealers group wanted to build brand affinity through shared values and attributes with women of the Carolina region, but this had to be accomplished with a limited budget.
In order to keep cost down but production value up, the Carolina Tier 2 team formed a partnership and collaborated with Hearst Media/Country Living to create a unique and ownable, multi-faceted social media Women’s Marketing approach.
This campaign was created with the insight that behind every successful woman is a community of inspiring and empowering women who have her back. These women are makers creating a powerful bond with their families, their communities, and other women – Together We Drive.
We celebrate these bold women of the Carolinas in this campaign by telling one influencer’s story through the lens of female empowerment, inspiration, and action. The woman selected as the first maker to be featured was Germaine Jenkins, co-founder/CEO/Chief-Farm-Officer of Fresh Future Farms in Charleston, SC.
The campaign is live on the Country Living website (https://www.countryliving.com/life/inspirational-stories/a35743388/how-one-woman-is-cultivating-food-justice-in-her-community/) and is road-blocked for the Carolina region, with only Carolina Ford Dealers online advertising on the page that directs viewers to the BuiltFordNow.com site.
